Heavy structural steel prices marginally dropped by INR 300/t d-o-d in Raipur. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 56,200/t exw. Due to weak demand and decline in steel billets prices in the key markets, trade activities got no support at upper price level. It pushed manufacturers to decline the offers. However, trade discounts were hovering at around INR 1,700-1,800/t.
