PANAJI: The state government on Tuesday invited application from prospective bidders for qualifying to participate in e-auction of already extracted Iron ore lying at jetty and stock point in the state.

The Supreme Court has allowed state government to e-auction the already existing Iron ore lying in Goa. It had appointed e-auction committee for auction of Iron ore in state of Goa.
State government is likely to conduct e-auction through Metal Scrap Trading Corporation (MSTC).
