India: Ferro vanadium prices fall w-o-w amid subdued trading

Indian ferro vanadium (FeV 50%) prices dropped by INR 7,000/t ($81/t) w-o-w to INR 1,070,000/t ($12,381/t) ex-Raipur, amid persistently weak market activity. Buyers remained largely absent, as special steel demand continued to decline, weighed down by the seasonal construction slowdown. The lack of fresh inquiries compounded pressure on producers, while falling Chinese prices reinforced the downtrend in India.
