India: ERW pipe prices rise on improved sales in Punjab

Electric resistance welded (ERW) patra pipe prices increased by INR 1,100/t on 2 Mar’22 on improved domestic sales. Current offers for base grade ERW pipe (41-60 OD) stand at INR 59.500/t exw-Mandi and INR 58,500/t exw-Raipur. Meanwhile, prices rose by INR 500/t in Raipur, SteelMint learnt. Pipe prices in Raipur were at INR 53,500/t last week, excluding GST, up INR 5,000/t w-o-w.
