India: Energise Minerals to set up 1.2 mn t pellet plant in Odisha

The Odisha government has approved a project by Energise Minerals Private Ltd. to set up a 2.75 mn t per annum iron ore beneficiation plant and a 1.2 mn t/year pellet plant at Rairangpur in Mayurbhanj district of the state. The total investment for the project is INR 256 crore, SteelMint learnt from media reports. The state government’s single window clearance authority approved industrial projects worth INR 1,214 crore on 12 Mar’21.
