India: Durgapur-based pellet producers lower offers on low demand

Durgapur-based pellet manufacturers have decreased offers due to bearish market sentiments.

• SteelMint’s current assessment for Durgapur pellet (Fe 63%) stands at INR 14,500/t, down by INR 250/t against the previous assessment.
• Around 2,000-3,000 t of pellets were sold recently at INR 14,500/t exw.
• P-DRI prices have slipped by INR 100/t today to INR 28,000/t exw.
