Domestic melting scrap prices observed minor fluctuations across the markets, in line with the semi finish and finish steel price movements. In northern India, bearish sentiments prevailed whereas in western & south India, prices remained range bound. Current trade reference price for HMS stands at INR 24,500/t in Jalna and INR 24,000/t in Chennai (DAP).
