Dalmia Bharat plans to raise up to INR 4,000 crore to support its expansion strategy, targeting cement capacity of 110-130 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) by FY31 through acquisitions and greenfield and brownfield projects. The move is expected to strengthen the company’s market position and improve its ability to capture growth across high-demand regions.
