Average domestic monthly rebar prices of the primary mills have declined by around 9% to INR 55,100/t ($741/t) exy-Mumbai against INR 60,700/t ($816/t) a month ago, excluding GST at 18%.
Prices have fallen due to sluggish demand in the domestic market. However, trade sources suggest the market has stablised at current levels.
