NMDC’s Nagarnar Steel Plant auctioned 10,000 t of steel-grade pig iron on 6 Feb’26, with the entire volume booked at an average price of INR 36,500/t exw. Bids remained unchanged from the previous 29 Jan’26 auction, where only 2,000 t of a planned 10,000 t was sold. The auction was initially scheduled for 15,000 t but later revised downward.
