The Ministry of Coal has revised the timeline of 141 coal blocks that are earmarked for sale under the fifth and sixth tranches of commercial mining auctions. As per revised schedule, the due date for technical bid submission has been extended to 30 Jan’23 from 13 Jan’23 set earlier. After that, the financial bidding round will take place between 22 Feb-7 Mar’23.
