India: Bellary pellet prices rebound in recent deals

SteelMintss assessment for Bellary iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) currently stands at INR 12,600-12,800/t, up by INR 700/t as assessed on 9 Jul’21. Pellet offers have picked up on improved buying.

• Current pellet (Fe 63%) offers in the Bellary market are heard at around INR 12,800/t exw.
• Confirmed trade for 24,000 t of pellets was heard concluded at INR 12,500-12,600/t exw.
• SteelMint’s assessment for P-DRI prices in Bellary has increased by INR 1,550/t w-o-w and currently stands at INR 28,600/t exw-Bellary.
