SteelMint’s assessment for Bellary iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) stands at INR 12,850/t exw, down compared to the last assessment on 6 Aug’21 at INR 13,000/t.
- Pellet (Fe 63%) offers are hovering at INR 12,800-12,900/t exw. However, buying interest remains weak on declining sponge iron prices, which fell by INR 600/t w-o-w.
- NMDC has decreased iron ore base prices by around INR 200/t for fines and by around INR 500/t for lumps for auction from the Donimalai mine.
