- Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO) decreased prices of primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) by INR 5,500/t ($72/t) as against 12 Mar’22. The effective price stands at INR 300,500/t ($3,935/t) exw.
- The closing price for the three-month aluminium futures on LME stood at $3,319/t on 14 Mar as against $3,483/t the day before.
- BALCO’s major operations are in Korba, Chhattisgarh, while its bauxite mines are in Kawardha and Mainpat.
