India: Balco, Hindalco hike aluminium ingot prices by INR 3,750/t ($47/t)

Primary aluminium producers, Balco and Hindalco, have raised aluminium ingot (P1020 grade 99.7%) prices by INR 3,750/t ($47/t) on d-o-d basis on 16 Sep’22. Balco’s effective prices stand at INR 212,500/t ($2,662/t) while Hindalco’s prices are at INR 207,750/t ($2,603/t) exw and excluding GST.
