Balco and Hindalco have cut aluminium ingot (P1020 grade 99.7%) prices by INR 4,750/t ($59/t) on 15 Sep’22 as against prices on 10 Sep’22. After revision, Balco’s effective prices stand at INR 208,750/t ($2,617/t) while Hindalco’s prices are at INR 204,000/t ($2,557/t). The decrease in spot prices and futures by up to $82/t d-o-d was the main reason behind the price cut.
