Auto component producers in northern and western India conducted multiple auctions for mild steel melting scrap this week. A Vadodara-based auto parts producer conducted an auction for around 200 t of CR busheling scrap yesterday that received bids at around INR 44,000-44,100/t exw. About 650 t of auto steel scrap was heard booked at INR 42,750/t exw in the Delhi-NCR region.
