ARS Steel & Alloy Int’l Pvt. Ltd, (ARS 550 D) – one of the major rolling mills in Chennai (southern India) has increased rebar offer by INR 1,000/t d-o-d. Current rebar (10-25 mm) offer stands at INR 51,300/t exw, sources shared with SteelMint. Strengthening raw material prices and moderate transactions in the finished steel segment led to a significant hike in offers.
