India: AM/NS raises list prices of plates by INR 1,000/t ($13/t)

ArcelorMittal/Nippon Steel India (AM/NSI) has raised plate mill plate (PMP) (20-40mm, E250) prices by INR 1,000/t ($13/t) for early-Feb’22 sales, sources informed SteelMint. Post revision, the effective price for plates stands at INR 67,500-68,000/t ($902-909/t) exy-Mumbai. The prices mentioned are basic excluding GST at 18%.
