Aluminium scrap prices witnessed an uptick today, as per SteelMint assessment, with most trader sources holding a bullish view due to evolving exchange prices. However, a few scrap traders based in north India informed that some secondary ingot manufacturers reduced their buying enquiries due to uncertain market scenario. Prices for alumininum tense scrap are assessed at INR 167,000/t exw Delhi, excluding GST.
