Aluminium scrap import prices are varying in line with fluctuations in the three-month LME prices and even as trade participants have resumed procurement frequent price changes are affecting regular volumes, sources shared with SteelMint. Near-term prices are likely to stay range-bound. Middle East aluminium scrap tense (5-6%) prices are assessed at $2,185-2,200/t, Taint Tabor clean briquette at $2,600-2,625/t, extrusion briquette at $3,090-3,110/t and UK origin Wheels at $3,350-3,370/t CIF Nhava Sheva.
