Hoa Phat’s construction steel production up 23% y-o-y in CY ’20

Vietnam’s leading steel producer – Hoa Phat Group has reported that its total production of construction steel and billets has reached over 5 mn t in the twelve months of CY ’20. Construction steel output was recorded at 3.4 mn t, up 23% y-o-y and billet output at 1.7 mn t. Besides, its total HRC output stood at 700,000 t in CY ’20. Hoa Phat construction steel is selected for use in many major infrastructure projects such as Metro Nhon-Hanoi etc.
