Hindalco Industries Limited, the Aditya Birla Group metals flagship, posted a consolidated net profit of INR 2,331 crore, up 71% y-o-y in Q3 FY24. The copper business achieved a record quarterly EBITDA of INR 656 crore, a 20% rise y-o-y due to higher shipments and robust operations. Novelis reported a 33% y-o-y improvement in adjusted EBITDA.
