NMDC in its Karnataka e-auction conducted on 9th Sep’20 fetched a decent response with 86% of the material (120,000t) getting booked out of the total offered quantity of 140,000 t. JSW Steel Ltd remained the largest buyer at 100,000 t followed by Mukund Ltd and BMM Ispat at 8,000 t each. Lot containing fines (Fe 62.8%) received bids at INR 2,770/t (basic), higher by INR 250/t over the set base price.
