According to the latest custom data, France flat steel exports which includes 7208 (HR coils /Plates),7209 (CR coils), 7225 (Electrical sheets),7210/7212(GP/GC) have registered hike of 8% to 1.26 MnT in Nov’16 against the previous year. In Nov’15 the nation’s flat steel exports is recorded at 1.17 MnT.
On monthly basis, France flat steel exports surged by 2% in Nov’16 against Oct’16. The same stood at 1.24 MnT in Oct’16.
During the time period of Jan-Nov’2016, country’s flat steel exports have gone down by 4.3% to 13.29 MnT against 13.9 MnT in the corresponding time frame of previous year.
Grade- wise France Flat steel exports-
If grade-wise analysis is made, then 7208 exports have slumped by 4.36%,M-o-M in Nov’16 against Oct’16 whereas 7209 have also move downwards by 11.4% in Nov’16 against previous month. Although, other flat steel grades exports like 7225,7210 and 7212 have increased, M-o-M basis in Nov’16 as compared to Oct’16.

Country-wise France Flat Steel Exports in Nov’16
In Nov’16, Germany stood as the foremost buyer and has bought 2,12,124 MnT against 2,04,898 MnT in Oct’16.Other major Countries include Belgium,Spain followed by Turkey and Italy.
