Coal deliveries from Australian Newcastle Port (NSW) remained halted for the sixth straight day as the main rail line connecting Australian mines to the port remained affected by flooding. The Blue Mountains train line, which connects the western coal mines of NSW to Sydney and the ports of Newcastle and Port Kembla, also remained closed following landslide. The Australian Bureau of Meteorology still has a flood warning along with heavy rainfall this week.
