Essel Mining case likely to be listed in Supreme Court on 27 Jul’20

Essel Mining’s case hearing in Supreme Court on Jilling iron ore mines, auctioned under MMDR Act & awarded to Shyam Ores, is likely to be heard on 27th of this month, SteelMint learnt from sources. The miner had filed a petition earlier this year for extension of mining lease period for Jilling-Langalota mines which was non-operational for 39 months during its illegal mining case was under-hearing in the apex court.
