For the month of April, producers of Billet are to offer their material at similar prices, that has been quoted for the month of March.
On account of limited buying of Billet in international market, current offers continue to stand in the range of $520-535/MT FOB Black Sea.
It was heard that a plant named Belarus Metallurgical Plant has concluded its output for April at $520/MT FOB Black Sea.
