Today, the billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) remained against yesterday. The billet transactions noted were weak, and finished steel prices have seen softening. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,580/t ($542/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
