Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China), dropped by RMB 10, against yesterday. The transactions were moderate due to a slight fall in finished steel prices. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,400/t ($494/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT
