Billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China), today increased further by RMB 20 d-o-d against yesterday (7 Dec ’20). Transactions of billet remained moderate while finished steel price trended up. Price of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter was reported at RMB 3,640/t ($557/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13% VAT.
