China’s steel output in first 10 days of Aug’21 down 4.4% on year – CISA data

According to data from the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), the average daily crude steel output of key Chinese steel enterprises in the first 10 days of Aug’21 stood at 2.04 mn t, down 62,600 t, or 2.97% month-on-month. The steel output of the enterprises shrunk by 4.40% year-on-year, as per CISA data.
