China’s steel inventories at key mills drop in early-Sep’21 – CISA

Data from the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) shows that in the first half of Sep’21, steel inventories of key steel companies stood at 13.323 mn t, decreasing 103,300 t from the previous 10-day period, or 0.77%. However, inventories increased by 1.7 mn t in comparison with the beginning of the year, while also registering an increase of 53,800 t compared to same period last year.
