China’s HRC prices up by RMB 40/t ($6/t) d-o-d

China’s domestic HRC prices rose by RMB 40/t ($6/t), while CRC prices remained unchanged d-o-d today. Current offers:

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,820/t ($533/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,220/t ($589/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.

SHFE HRC futures for Jan’23 delivery settled today at RMB 3,874/t ($540/t), up by RMB 41/t ($6/t) d-o-d.
