China’s HRC, CRC prices fall by up to RMB 30/t ($4/t)

China’s HRC prices fell by RMB 30/t ($4/t) and CRC prices dropped by RMB 20/t ($3/t) d-o-d on 27 Jul’22. According to SteelMint data, SHFE HRC futures for Oct’22 delivery settled today at RMB 3,855/t ($571/t), up by RMB 9/t d-o-d. Current prices-

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,790/t ($561/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,295/t ($636/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin basis, inclusive of 13% VAT.
