Chinese mills are offering heavy plates (SS400) to South Korea at $670/t CFR levels for October shipments. Offers are unchanged for the third consecutive week, as per Steel Daily. However, the rebound in China’s domestic steel prices on expected demand recovery post October seems to have less impact on export prices as they have just stopped falling rather than rebounding.
