China’s domestic HRC prices rise marginally by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d

China’s HRC prices inched up by RMB 10/t ($1/t) while CRC prices remained largely flat d-o-d on 20 July. According to SteelMint data, SHFE HRC futures for Oct’22 delivery settled today at RMB 3,790/t ($561/t), down by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d. Current prices-

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 3,780/t ($560/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,245/t ($628/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin basis, inclusive of 13% VAT.
