China’s coke output down marginally in H1CY’24

China’s total coke output in H1CY’24 fell by 0.9% on year to 241.82 mnt. Total output increased by 2.2% y-o-y to about 41.64 million tonnes (mnt) in Jun’24, as per National Bureau of Statistics. Coke production edged up by 2% m-o-m as against 40.96 mnt in May.
