China’s total zinc imports (semi-finished, finished and others) declined by 4.86% to 9,427 t in May as against 9,909 t in April, according to SteelMint customs data.
Out of the total imports, semi-finished zinc accounted for 8,047 t, a marginal rise of 0.5% m-o-m while finished zinc materials were at 350 t, higher by 23.2%.
