Major Chinese stainless steel producer Tsingshan has released its tender price for ferro chrome, which is at RMB 9,995/t ($1,553/t) rolled over from last month. The price is much lower than the spot price in China, which stands at RMB 11,300/t ($1,756/t). Stainless steel producers in China have had to curb production on power concerns, which has impacted ferro chrome demand.
