Major Chinese stainless steel producer Tsingshan Holding Group Co. Ltd. has released its tender price for ferro chrome, which has moved higher by RMB 500/t ($78/t), m-o-m, to RMB 10,495/t ($1,642/t) for Nov’21. The tender price has been increased to maintain parity with stainless steel spot prices in China, which are at around RMB 10,750/t ($1,682.13) exw-Inner Mongolia for high-carbon 55% grade.
