Chinese stainless steel giant Tsingshan has cut its ferro chrome tender prices by RMB 1,000/t ($149/t) m-o-m for Aug’22. The current price for 50% Cr material stands at RMB 7,995/t ($1,188/t) on delivered to plant basis including taxes, with delivery latest by 10 September. Delivery price ex-Tianjin port will be RMB 150/t ($22/t) less. The current market price of ferro chrome (HC-50%) is RMB 8,650/t ($1,286/t) ex-Tianjin.
