Tangshan’s local authority has announced the implementation of Grade II emergency response w.e.f 9 Nov’20 to 14 Nov’20 to control the highly polluted air of the city. As per the order, steel mills responsible for higher emissions, have been ordered to limit their production capacity for a period of 6 days. In addition, inbound and outbound trucks have been restricted from access to the port area during this period.
