Steel billets prices in China’s Tangshan remained stable at RMB 4,750/t ($746/t), inclusive of 13% VAT on 24 Mar’22. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s rebar futures contract for May’22 delivery on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) closed today at RMB 4,945/t ($776/t), witnessing a fall of RMB 38/t ($6/t), d-o-d.
