China recorded run of mine (ROM) iron ore production of 78.4 mn t in Nov’21, down 2% against 80.13 mn t in Oct, National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) data shows. However, on a yearly basis, output increased by 4% as in Nov’20 output had edged lower due to the impact of Covid. In Jan-Nov’21, China’s production of raw iron ore stood at 880.49 mn t.
