Domestic CRC prices in China increased by RMB 80/t ($11/t) and HRC prices by RMB 40/t ($6/t) on 10 Oct’22. SHFE HRC futures for Jan’23 delivery settled today at RMB 3,889/t ($544/t), up RMB 26/t ($4/t) against the previous closing on 30 Sep. Current offers:
- HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 4,010/t ($561/t)
- CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,435/t ($620/t)
- Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.
