Crude steel production of key steel companies in China continued to fall in late-Nov’21, as per reports. According to data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), the average daily crude steel output by major steel companies was recorded at 1.71 mn t, a m-o-m decline of 2.6% and a y-o-y drop of 18.4%. Stricter winter production curbs was probably the main reason behind lower output.
