China: Crude steel output of CISA mills at 18.90 mn t in mid-Dec’21

Crude steel output by key Chinese mills stood at 18.9 mn t in mid-Dec’21, according to data published by China Iron and Steel Association (CISA). Pig iron output is pegged at 16.36 mn t, while steel output stood at 18.31 mn t.

Average output of crude steel during the same period decreased by 2.26% to 1.86 mn t compared to the previous 10-day period.
