China: Coal exports down 28% y-o-y in H1 CY21

China’s coal and lignite exports were 150,000 tonnes (t) in Jun’21 down 30.1% y-o-y; while cumulative exports during H1 CY21 (Jan-Jun) were 1.25 mn t, down 27.7% y-o-y. Exports of coke and semi-coke were 700,000 t in Jun’21, up 124.6% y-o-y; while cumulative exports during H1 CY21 were 3.42 mn t, up 94.5% y-o-y.
