China exported 538,011 t of aluminium in Oct’22 against 582,673 t in Sept’22, decrease of 7.66% m-o-m. Ore/concentrates was down by 32.27% to 58,675 t, followed by semi-finished with 22.12% to 18,931 t and finished products with 2.51% to 459,800 t, scrap witnessed a sharp rise of 90% to 605 t. Russia was the largest importer with 56,919 t, down by 35.33%, followed by Mexico with 52,774 t and the US with 31,960 t, respectively.
